Trikona by producer Rajashekhar and director Chandrakanth is a thought provoking terrific thriller film that holds the attention and holds a mirror to the society.
The brilliance is the way ‘Trikona’ is narrated in 125 minutes with Strength, Ego and Patience attacked by Kaala and then it is Kalaya Thasmai Namaha!
Director Chadrakanth of ‘143’ Kannada film that was very special packed his second film with a lot of emotions and the story of producer Rajashekhar is most wanted for the present generation. The majority of this film happens on a journey of three separate vehicles followed by a deadly Kaala vehicle.
How the ‘Kaala’ intrudes the power of patience and then what happens is so beautiful on screen with two matured actors Lakshmi and Suresh Heblikar handling the portions effectively. They are on business deal to Mangaluru.
The Ego centered Achyuth Kumar and frightened wife Sudharani in the journey with two children to holiday stay resort in Mangaluru encounter this ‘Kaala’ and finally the young chap who is on his business deal to Mangaluru representing the strength faces Kaala – the encounter is something delectable. Achyuth Kumar grabbed very good attention and Sudharani strikes as a timid wife.
All the three – Strength, Patience and Ego face the police enroot to Mangaluru and this is the funniest part of the film one cannot miss.
It needs guts to make this kind of film and Rajashekhar-Chandrakanth has expressed a solid presence of mind and they are very clear on what they want to put to the audience.
The three-track story that is ‘Trikona’ passes some remarks to the audience and that is the learning point for all.
The film has delectable cinematography and one song cut to three stages is absorbing.
Rajveer representing Strength and Maruthesh as ‘Kaala’ with beast like looks and having dialogue ‘Chal Chal Chalaa…had given wonderful performances, Sadhu Kokila, Manadip Rai, Rockline Sudhakar in the enjoyable comedy track gives good relief.
This is a film with a different narration pattern and new experiences would obviously be found in this Paisa Vasool film.
